Danbury, CT (August 6, 2024) — The Eversource Energy Foundation has awarded United Way of Coastal and Western Connecticut a $74,500 charitable grant to support initiatives addressing critical community needs.
The grant will be utilized to provide support for low-to-moderate income households, particularly those identified as ALICE® (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) and enhance United Way's efforts to advance equitable pathways to well-being and financial security for all.
