Is your nonprofit interested in advocacy but unsure what’s allowed? Join us for a Zoom training on the basics of lobbying in Connecticut, including what qualifies as lobbying, registration and filing requirements, and guidelines for reporting expenses for public officials. There will be time for Q&A, and registrants will receive presentation slides for future reference. Registration required.

UConn EFNEP Cook and Chat Virtual Program

Every Wednesday (Beginning January 22nd - April 9th) | 6:00 PM (Virtual)

Join UConn's Expanded Food and Nutrition Program for their upcoming Cook and Chat series. Learn budgeting, cooking and healthy habits over the course of 12 classes.

Families will receive free kitchen tools based on their attendance.

Student Loan Reimbursement Program

Connecticut offers a $6 million Student Loan Reimbursement Program, to provide financial relief to Connecticut residents burdened with student loan debt. Applicants will be awarded on a first-come first-serve basis and receive up to $5,000 per year with a $20,000 cap over four years. Click here to learn what documents you’ll need to verify your eligibility. Applications are not considered ready for approval until ALL documents have been submitted.
